- Kathryn Weathersby, historian, "Kim Il Sung's Nuclear Plans" and Visiting Scholar at USKI
- David Albright, President of the Institute for Science and International Security - "The Rise of the Nuclear Facilities at Yongbyon" (an illustrated portrait)
- Marion Creekmore, author of the newly published book A Moment in Crisis, who accompanied Jimmy Carter to meet Kim Il Sung - "The 1994 Nuclear Crisis" and Distinguished Visiting Professor of History and Political Science at Emory University
- David Straub, former State Department Korea Country director - "The Six Party Talks and Beyond" and Adjunct Professor of Korean Studies at SAIS
- Moderated by Don Oberdorfer, Chairman of the U.S.-Korea Institute at SAIS and author of The Two Koreas: A Contemporary History.
David Albright also explained the history and development of Yongbyon using satellite imagery.
